The Client Services Account Supervisor is responsible for creating and enhancing the conditions by which our clients love our work through building strong and lasting relationships, living and breathing their business, knowing the language of digital media, and driving and orchestrating the campaign delivery process.

 

What you'll do:

  • Begin learning about commercial management, including staffing / scoping and financials
  • Own relationships with junior/day-to-day clients and confidently respond to client questions and feedback
  • Help set expectations with clients, ensure defined expectations are documented and disseminated to the broader team
  • Assist in managing client satisfaction and identifying any issues or barriers and escalate as necessary
  • Understand client billing process and ensure team compliance
  • Engage with clients to define actionable briefs for smaller / simpler campaigns, and assist with larger / complex campaign briefs
  • Run daily huddle and weekly client status
  • Create campaign timelines, identifying key milestones and checkpoints
  • Coordinate and facilitate with practices to ensure campaign deliverables meet client expectations
  • Provide project management support during the campaign lifecycle to ensure on-time completion of deliverables, coordinate across practices, identify potential risks and issues, and escalate to CS senior leadership as necessary\
  • Line manage 1-2 direct reports to support career growth and development within Client Services
  • Provide timely and actionable feedback to the team to aid in their development and improvement

 

Nice to haves:

  • 4+ years experience working in a digital agency
  • Strong and demonstrable knowledge of the campaign delivery process and experience of managing campaigns from across social, search, display, video and programmatic channels
  • Experience in managing day to day client relationships and coordinating internal agency teams
  • Good understanding of the digital media landscape with experience of executing campaigns and a passion for all things digital
  • Self-starting and proactive attitude to work
  • Experience in team management and developing junior team members
  • Knowledge of the creative process and experience of managing creative agencies or teams
