Job description

As Commercial Director for EMEA and Latin America, you are responsible for identifying new commercial opportunities and growing revenues in these regions. You will achieve this by mainly building outstanding relationship with the local representation of our customers in the region. You will create a constructive and profitable connection with marketing and affiliation representatives focusing on the region.

Furthermore, you are expected to optimize our product portfolio to grow revenues and outperform our competitors. You will find gaps in the market as well as “must haves” to make sure Raketech remains competitive. Part of this is to ensure that the products are properly localized and have relevant content. As Commercial Director you own the paid marketing budget and will together with our paid marketing team develop a plan on how to best use it to grow revenues and/or brand awareness.

You will initially take on this challenge with a Key Account Manager to help you. Once a market hits a certain size or growth potential you will then appoint Regional/Country Managers. However, you will have the central account managers to support you and manage the day-to-day aspect of the business.

As Commercial Director you are responsible for building budgets for the region as well as ensuring that Raketech acts in a compliant matter in each market. You will work across all verticals and help build campaigns and activities, specific for the markets in the region. The Commercial Director is expected to always be on the lookout to build third party cooperation’s. These efforts are critical for Raketech’s success.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience in the iGaming industry and has a very good understanding of, both affiliation and Paid marketing channels. As this role will be crucial to our success and growth, we are expecting you to have excellent negotiation skill and entrepreneurial mindset. Job requirements

  • Minimum of five years' experience in affiliation ideally in iGaming
  • Proven experience as Commercial Director or relevant role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and budgeting processes
  • Commercial awareness with strategic mindset
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of market analysis and metrics
  • Fluency in English, written & verbal, and ideally one of the regional languages
  • Ability to work +/-2 hours CET
