The CTSS department is at the crossroads of the Operations process, Finance, Account management and Data Quality.

We are looking for colleagues with an interest in Administrative work. 

 

A snapshot of this opportunity

  • Activities include client invoicing, supplier Invoice processing, credit card reconciliation, finance matching and Data Quality. 
  • Work with a variety of different tools and systems
  • Build and maintain accurate knowledge of the travel industry and it's different key players
  • You will be part of an international and multicultural team
  • Reach a high level of accuracy and complete all tasks with a minimum of errors
  • Interact and cooperate with other departments to reach the common goal: deliver excellent service to the customer

 

How you can set yourself apart

  • You have experience in administrative tasks, client invoicing and/or CC reconciliation processes
  • Knowledge of the travel industry, SAP, AGM or one of the major GDS is a big plus.
  • You are flexible, able to set priorities and work with strict deadlines
  • You are fluent in English, written and spoken. Knowledge of (an)other European language(s) is an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
