Golden is looking for its first Content Marketer to support and scale our go-to-market efforts. In this role you will define and manage marketing strategies and tactics to help Golden scale in new and existing markets. This is a great opportunity to join an early stage startup and wear many hats. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive measurable marketing initiatives. Successful candidates will have deep expertise in content marketing strategy and execution of unique marketing programs and campaigns to achieve lead goals. As an early team member of Golden, you would be working in a startup environment with high autonomy and responsibility. We are a remote first team working in time zones between San Francisco and Prague.

 

What You Will Be Doing

  • Build, execute, and optimize content marketing efforts. This includes content marketing, structured data creation, lead gen, and follow-up campaigns to deliver quality leads.
  • Using the Golden platform to generate interesting cuts of data we can open to the public.
  • Produce content that connects with prospective customers and act as a funnel to self service and inside sales.
  • Develop and optimize funnels for conversion.
  • Design creative, engaging, lead generating campaigns that increase engagement and uncover new opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain our content calendar and own the success and engagement of our social media channels.
  • Identify innovative ways to improve and optimize engagements using product data, customer and account team feedback, A/B testing, and industry best practices.
  • Define success metrics, analyze performance, experiment, and iterate quickly.

 

Qualifications We Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software marketing, preferably B2B SaaS.
  • 5+ years of experience owning content marketing production targeting specific audience segments. You know how to analyze and present content performance.
  • Experience building new growth channels, tools, and campaigns. You have a comprehensive understanding of the latest trends in digital marketing.
  • Comprehensive data and analytical skills. You are metrics driven and know how to analyze and interpret data to measure, quantify, and improve marketing results.
  • Startup experience with an understanding of taking systems “from zero to one.”
  • You are humble, scrappy, and hungry.
