The OutSystems Digital Marketing team is a global team that focuses on digital and inbound marketing channels and strategies, including Content Marketing and SEO. 

We’re looking for a creative and passionate senior Content Marketing & SEO Manager to join our Digital Marketing team to develop our online presence through high-quality content and SEO.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Define the global content strategy to support the company growth goals, engaging our target audience and driving thought leadership in the industry;
  • Leverage SEO to support the content strategy definition in order to maximize the return of our content investments;
  • Engage internal teams and external professionals to grow the Content and SEO practices and keep OutSystems ahead of the competition by ensuring we continuously provide our audience with the most relevant content in search results;
  • Implement Content initiatives, monitor and report on progress and key success metrics, and iterate for continuous improvement.


Organizational Interlock:

  • Work closely with the Product Marketing and Corporate Communications teams to drive the creation of high-quality and high-value content around product offerings and key industry themes;
  • Work closely with Campaign and Field Marketing teams to define strong content strategies to support GTM campaigns across regions;
  • Work directly with the Web and Digital teams on website information architectures, page structures, and content for OutSystems websites and other online digital properties;



Personal Profile:

  • Energetic, smart, and curious;
  • Well organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and results-driven environment;
  • Analytical yet creative.
  • Good written and oral communication skills with strong English language proficiency;



Requirements:

  • 5+ five years of Content Strategy and SEO experience;
  • Have a proven track record of creating effective content strategies for specific audiences and meeting business objectives;
  • Experience with data-driven content and SEO analysis and optimization;
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
