The CE&X Transformation & Strategic Programs Internal Strategic Consultant operates in a close partnership with CE&X President and CE&X COO as well as their offices and provides a consistent support on the core transformation deliverables and critical ad-hoc requests as well as drives a liaison with the ongoing strategic initiatives, Line-Of-Business leaders, and key program leads. This role acts as a quality gatekeeper and for all CE&X assets shared on the board level and is involved as a strategic advisor in the executive decision-making process. 

The CE&X Transformation & Strategic Programs Internal Strategic Consultant operates in a close partnership with CE&X President and CE&X COO as well as their offices and provides a consistent support on the core transformation deliverables and critical ad-hoc requests as well as drives a liaison with the ongoing strategic initiatives, Line-Of-Business leaders, and key program leads. This role acts as a quality gatekeeper and for all CE&X assets shared on the board level and is involved as a strategic advisor in the executive decision-making process. 

  • Process critical (including Executive Board) requests in alignment and by requirement of CE&X President and CE&X COO
  • Support executive decision-making through decision proposal elaboration in alignment with key subject matter experts and topic owners
  • Structure and condense complex contents and topics to provide an “easy-to-consume” consistent overview 
  • Execute on program management activities, including preparing the initial charter and proposed program setup in line with the standardized governance (meetings structures, agenda, preparation, kick off approach, etc.).
  • Support the kickoff of strategic programs / initiatives, including handover process to program manager or topic owner - “kick off shot” 
  • Track deliverables across all strategic programs in alignment with topic owners and/or Program Management and lead executive updates, ensuring goals and objectives are met by managing and prioritizing actions
  • Liaise between offices of Board Members, Leadership, CE&X President and further senior executives to build a relationship in collaborative environment

 

Experience (Role Requirements)

  • Final degree (e.g. business administration, economics, business informatics), master preferred 
  • Experience: minumim of 8 years in Project Management, Management Consulting / business assistance or relevant functional experience related to operational responsibility on a global/cross-regional level
  • Proven track record in diverse matrix, complex, international and cross-cultural environments – Bridge Builder 
  • Experience in the design and implementation of organisational structures 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and team player, proactive networker
  • Fluent in English, one further language (i.e. German) is an asset, Excellent communications / presentation skills (oral, written)
