Mission

  • Owning a book of mid-market accounts, and  SMB/Mid-Market channel partner accounts that contracted a SpotMe Anywhere subscription to deliver their events.
  • Ensuring customers are successfully onboarded, making the most of their SpotMe subscription, and achieving their business objectives.
  • Building trust with decision-makers and key stakeholders within your accounts to drive adoption, retain/upgrade existing annual contracts, and achieve your sales quota.

This position reports to the Head of Sales UKI.

 

Responsibilities

  • Retaining and growing an existing book of 20-40 Mid-Market accounts and SMB/Mid-Market channel partner accounts that are under an ARR contract.
  • Onboarding new clients' core admin team, helping them navigate the training environment, and setting up the right processes and dynamics for a successful collaboration.
  • Managing client requests in coordination with SpotMe's Operations, Product, Legal, or InfoSec teams.
  • Leading commercial relationships with project owners to identify needs and generate a weekly pipe of upselling opportunities.
  • Tracking, reporting, and optimizing client success metrics such as number of campaigns, number of users, engagement score, and platform satisfaction score.
  • Conducting quarterly reviews with the account stakeholders and driving renewals of SpotMe Anywhere plan.

 

Requirements

  • 2 years of demonstrated success in an account management, customer success, or consulting role in the SaaS/tech industry.
  • Held a sales quota in the past; proven track record of over-achievement is a plus.
  • Digitally savvy; experience with the implementation of a SaaS solution is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; a second language is a plus.
  • Located in Europe; located in the UK is a plus.
  • High ability to understand customer requirements, identify needs, and present relevant solutions.
  • Ability to drive accounts and effectively handle change management-related challenges.
  • Excellent and effective written and verbal communication.
