A significant shift has occurred within the workforce as we know it, changing business norms drastically. At Deel, we genuinely see a world without borders, but we needed to challenge that to make it happen. A 30-mile hiring radius limit shouldn't exist for companies, since great talent lives everywhere. Duties

  • Owning our global people operations processes in the EMEA region
  • Continuing an incredible customer experience for all Deel engaged EOR employees from onboarding to ongoing development to alumni engagement
  • Building on Deel brand trust through immaculately coordinated processes
  • Dealing with complicated international HR issues, and managing compliance with rules and regulations

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in people operations with experience working cross jurisdiction at a unicorn start-up or tech company
  • Significant experience working on complex HR issues at a senior level, with a demonstrated track-record of dispute resolution success
  • Excellent communication and the ability to handle solutions under pressure, with thoughtful people management and mentorship skills
  • Progressive and innovative attitude toward people programing and complying with HR guidelines
