This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing (Go To Market) GTM Analytics and Insights team, as we continue to propel the business through data-driven forecasts and influential insights. As a Forecast Analyst, you will own sales forecasting weekly and quarterly deliverables and ad hoc analysis as needed. You will partner heavily with sales leaders and business partners to identify forecast risk, advise change, and drive system-level process improvements. This role requires strong analytical and project management skills, and a proven ability to cooperate with cross-functional teams. What You’ll Do:

  • Build forecast models, run scenario analysis and provide data analytics to identify areas of risk and opportunity

  • Prepare weekly forecast reporting to sales and ancillary teams

  • Analyse and measure pipeline, specifically KPIs and trends

  • Collaborate with internal Zoom teams including Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Channel, Product and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)

  • Administer and troubleshoot internal forecasting tools

  • Drive continual operational improvement, lead governance, standardisation, and automation to scale the business

 

Experience Required

  • 3+ years of Sales Operations, FP&A, or related experience is required

  • B.S. in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business or a relative discipline

  • Advanced knowledge with Excel (Google Sheets), Salesforce and the ability to tell a story in PowerPoint (Google Slides)

  • Strong proficiency in  SQL, Snowflake, Tableau and/or other Business Intelligence tools is desirable

  • Familiarity with SaaS Enterprise systems and SaaS business operations is a plus

  • Comfortable with working on large datasets and able to synthesize into useful reports and dashboards

  • Excellent analytical thinking - you can connect the dots between the data, operations and gut check every number you see

  • Ability to manage and influence senior, cross-functional stakeholders

  • Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
