About this role

This is a super exciting opportunity to be part of a newly created TA team, where we are building and optimising our recruitment processes and looking for innovative solutions to attract top international talent. As the Head of Talent, you’ll be instrumental in creating those strong foundations and ensuring scalability.

In this role you will be reporting directly to our CEO, while managing our Talent Acquisition Partner and Tech Talent Acquisition Partner, and working closely with a range of internal stakeholders from Team Leads all the way to C-Level. We are seeking a self starter with recruiting experience, someone who thrives on challenges, thinks outside the box, and is keen to get stuck in, as we have big aims for recruiting over the next 12 months.

 

Responsibilities

  • To lead and create a robust recruitment strategy at Leadfeeder
  • Create consistency within the hiring-cycle on a company-wide level across all regions
  • Create a worldwide talent pipeline
  • Contributing towards and helping to develop strong employer brand presence for Leadfeeder
  • Revamp Leadfeeder’s candidate/employee offering to improve the candidate experience and brand awareness
  • Utilize analytics to shape Leadfeeder’s employer brand and recruitment strategy
  • Provide varying levels of support to our hiring managers based on job-specific challenges through sourcing, screening and coaching
  • Significantly improve first touch time and speed of the interviewing process
  • Coordinate a high volume of complex interviews across multiple departments at a fast pace
  • Act as a recruiting consultant to the business by suggesting changes to the hiring/interview process, running interviewer training and managing interviewer loads
  • Provide recruitment training to internal stakeholders

This role has a lot of opportunity for growth and you’ll be instrumental in helping us transition from a startup to a scaleup mode!

 

Requirements

  • 4-5 years’ experience in recruitment in a fast paced, high-growth organization
  • Proven leadership qualities, such as leading or managing a recruitment team
  • Experience in both corporate and recruitment agency is preferred
  • Strong data analysis skills for reporting
  • Experience processing candidates at scale and building strategy
  • Familiarity with a variety of different ways to drive inbound and outbound recruitment
  • Experience representing, building and evangelizing a company brand/culture
  • Understanding of HR/on-boarding related matters and how they connect with recruitment
  • Strong English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Have a “self starter” mentality to come up with your own solutions and push ideas forward
  • Strong focus on candidate experience while optimizing for process efficiency
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders to follow best practices in a timely fashion
  • Technologically & analytically savvy
  • Strong organizational skills
