LEADS. They’re the lifeblood of any go-to-market organization. And as Logikcull accelerates its mission to democratize discovery, we’re going to need more of them to expand our global footprint. Your mission is to juice the lead funnel by hunting down, prioritizing, and routing ideal potential customers, leveraging tools like Zoominfo, publicly available resources, third-party data providers, and moxy. You’ll be responsible for the list building, management, and optimization that fuels our outbound growth engine. Are you a hunter with a growth mentality? Are you naturally curious? What you'll do:

  • Unlock and circulate the data that converts prospects into customers
  • Identify and collect high-value accounts across several data sources; score them; and help our sales and marketing teams turn them into customers. 
  • Scope the total addressable market of potential target segments and verticals.
  • Build and manage lead and account lists to ensure that we are surfacing the best, most highly targeted prospects to the sales team. 
  • Work with the revenue operations team to maintain the hygiene of Salesforce database.
  • Analyze, report out on and optimize the performance and efficiency of campaigns.

 

What we’re looking for (you!):

  • Demonstrated ability in a marketing or sales operations role.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce, including experience importing, managing and routing leads. (Experience with marketing automation solutions a strong plus.) 
  • Strong proficiency with SQL and/or Excel a plus.
  • Expert in both managing data and maintaining its integrity.
  • Experience in lead funnel management, lead creation, delivery and tracking processes.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
  • Process and data-driven with a strong analytical mindset and knack for data analysis.
  • Strong sense of individual initiative and ability to lean into and learn new concepts. 
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
