About the role

We are looking for an insightful, energetic, experienced and talented full life-cycle Recruiter to support our People department to find the best talents across Europe. We as Crate.io recognize how critical recruiting of top talent is to our success and are committed to identifying and attracting candidates who want to grow together with us and shape our company. Borders are no limitations to us! You will manage the whole recruiting lifecycle reporting to our Head of People. This role is open to part time (50%+) or full-time commitment, a contractor relationship is possible as well.

Requirements

What you're responsible for 

  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process in self-responsibility to fill our vacant positions in all our departments (from Engineering, Product Management to Marketing and Sales)
  • Partner with our hiring managers and our Head of People to strategize and execute on hiring plans to bring top talents onboard
  • Proactively source candidates through a variety of search methods (job boards, networking, referrals, social media, etc.) with a sense of urgency to meet our hiring targets
  • Screen, interview and manage active candidates
  • Bring in our best practice approaches to provide excellent candidate experience and share improvement recommendations with colleagues

 

Your skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer stage
  • Experience with sourcing and recruiting of technical positions
  • Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills
  • Proactive and positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Candidate centric approach to ensure a smooth hiring process
  • Ability to work with enthusiasm in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English, German a plus
